Confidential site intake

A serious property.
A discreet first review.

A structured intake for landowners, advisers, brokers, builders and developers submitting a potential property or development site.

The decision

A credible review needs organized facts.

Property location, ownership relationship, listing status, zoning, planning work, servicing and environmental history determine which questions should be asked next.

The approach

Review relevance before requesting more documents.

The initial form records only the information needed for a first screen. If the opportunity is relevant, Zechariah will arrange a controlled next step for documents and professional review.

The process

Four stages.
One clear line of sight.

The details change with the mandate. The discipline does not.

  1. 01

    Submit

Provide the known property facts, relationship, timing and confidentiality preference.

  2. 02

    Screen

Review relevance against active service scope and identify missing material information.

  3. 03

    Clarify

Arrange a conversation and, when appropriate, a secure method for supporting documents.

  4. 04

    Next step

Confirm whether brokerage representation, referral or no further action is appropriate.

Privacy by design

Submissions are not public listings.

Submitted property information is stored for review, excluded from analytics and never displayed on the website.

Good questions first

Clarity before
commitment.

Information submitted will be reviewed for relevance. Submission does not create an agency relationship, guarantee an offer, establish value or constitute planning, engineering, environmental, legal, tax or appraisal advice.

Can I upload a survey or planning report?

The first intake does not accept documents because secure file storage and malware scanning are not yet configured. If the site is relevant, Zechariah will provide an approved secure transfer method.

Will the site be shown publicly?

No. A submission is not a public listing or opportunity page. Any later marketing requires the appropriate authority, brokerage process and written approval.

Private intake

Submit a property or development site

Provide what is known. Do not include confidential documents in the comments field; a secure transfer path will be arranged if required.

Documents: secure upload is arranged only after relevance is confirmed. Do not place confidential documents or financial account information in this form.
