What matters most?Timing, privacy, price, operating needs, financing, condition, development potential or another constraint.
Is another professional already involved?Share any existing representation, legal, financing, planning or technical relationships so responsibilities remain clear.
Is there an issue with the property?Water, mould, fire, environmental concerns, repairs or renovation needs can be discussed and, when appropriate, coordinated with independent qualified providers such as Mould Hound in Ontario or F.N. Restoration Services in Alberta.
